Fully remote until September, then London-based
We are a fast-growing digital health start-up providing accessible, evidence-based treatment to people with tinnitus. We launched our app in December last year and we are now increasing our reach to tinnitus sufferers worldwide.
We are looking for an ambitious marketing manager to work with us full time. You’ll be taking full ownership of the execution of our marketing strategy and working towards our goal of creating a global community of people with tinnitus.
You’ll be working alongside our Co-Founder to develop the Oto brand and help build the business into trusted leader in digital therapeutics. You’ll work with a consumer-focused approach to drive lead generation whilst managing and growing our existing community. As the company scales there will be considerable opportunity to learn, take on additional responsibility and perhaps lead our marketing team.
Main Responsibilities
Content Marketing
- Collaborate with team members and external partners to plan engaging content that drives traffic, engagement and leads
- Proactively research content ideas and execute on new relevant and engaging content
- Run the company’s email marketing campaigns with regular product updates and article content promotion
- Manage our content writers and ensure the articles they produce are of exceptional quality
- Optimise new and existing content according to SEO principles
- Explore and test new opportunities for lead generation, such as our YouTube channel or running a podcast
Community
- Manage and grow our Facebook Community Group by providing engaging content and responding to member questions or discussions
- Manage our social media channels, making regular posts, outreaching to new users and communicating with existing users
- Respond to in app user messages and emails, directing to the appropriate team member where appropriate.
- Monitor, track and reply to online feedback and reviews
Other
- Write press releases and conduct outreach according to our PR strategy
- Manage partnerships with key influencers extending from research to conducting campaigns
Requirements
- Excellent written communication skills with proven experience
- A good understanding of tinnitus
- Previous experience in content marketing
- Able to translate brand tone of voice and visual guidelines into creative content
- Good understanding of SEO best practices and experience with SEO research tools
- Keen eye for design and experience with design tools and scheduling apps
- Attention to detail and creative
- Process orientated and able to balance multiple priorities and tasks
- Enjoys working as part of a fast moving team environment

Salary
- £24-£30k per annum experience dependant
- 5 days per week, 9am-5pm
- 25 days annual leave per year + public holidays + your birthday off
